Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right by the promenade, with easy access to the town center and pleasure island. The rooms were spotless and great value for our large family, meeting all our needs. The dining experience was excellent, especially for the kids, and really set us up for the day. The service was top-notch, and we enjoyed the well-maintained facilities. The only downside was the lack of some local products in the dining options.

I found the hotel to be in a great location, ideal for exploring South Pier, Central Pier, and Pleasure Beach. The rooms, while a bit cold and smaller for five adults, served their purpose though one was shabby. The service received, especially from housekeeping, was excellent. The dining experience, tailored to our requests, was amazing and the staff were brilliant with the kids. Despite some shortcomings, the location and service made it a worthwhile stay.

The hotel was ideal for us, the location was just what we needed with bunk beds in the well laid out and clean rooms. The service, especially the housekeeping, was superb. The dining experience was exceptional, even Gordon Ramsay would struggle to find fault with it. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvement in certain areas.
